Caring often asks much of the heart.
Taking a small moment to pause can help restore balance and perspective.

• What sustained me today?
• What felt heavy?
• Who can I reach out to for support?

Even a quiet breath can create space.

A Moment To Pause

Community Circle (Opening Gently)

This space is being thoughtfully developed as part of Caring Spirits & Wairua Manaaki.

In time, it will become a gentle online gathering place where carers can connect, share experiences, and support one another within a culturally safe and respectful environment.

As this work grows through listening, relationship, and community trust, this space will open when the foundations are strong and aligned with our shared values.
